Hello Staco! This month, we are on our third value: Innovation. Innovation means:
Recently, we’ve designed and built custom parts for a simulator in Turkey. Ramon developed all the optics for the new switches and annunciators. The timeline was very tight and the optics were very difficult. He had designed them only using photos provided by the customer. Ramon’s efforts could lead to future orders.
Dolores helped Ramon with the Akana light plate LED reconfiguration. Elizabeth, Maria, Alina, and Ana also worked with Ramon through many changes to get the s300 switch for Akana to work and ship.
Furthermore, Anthony helped to create multiple fixtures that helped the Production Team as he created a fixture to laser legends to be center while running multiple legends at once.
Lastly, John created a fixture that allowed us to take out rivets from matrices without damaging the frame housing.

Staco Stretches!
This month, we’ve started daily stretches as a team on the shop floor. Stretching is great at promoting body movement and preventing muscle fatigue. It’s also a great way to bond with others! If anybody off the floor would like to join in, the Production Team stretches every day at 1:00 PM! Keep moving!
Final Negotiations
We are in the midst of final negotiations with both Calidus and Kongsberg to qualify their products prior to production in 2019. The qualifications will comprise of manufacturing several Sub-Systems and performing lab testing to Mil Std 461 and 810. Combined, the value of the orders could be $1 million!
New Reseller
Our newly appointed Reseller in the UAE, Rockford Xellerix, was visited by Patrick and Marc two weeks ago and this visit confirms the tremendous potential for Staco Systems in the UAE. Having the right resellers in key markets is vital in Staco’s growth strategy.
