Staco's Values

Employee Ownership

Hello Staco!  As a continuation from last week, we are taking this opportunity to re-familiarize ourselves with Staco's values.  Our second value is Employee Ownership:

Not only is it important to be committed to our customers, we should be committed to ourselves.  We should have pride in our products, value our employees, and own the work that we do.  Here are some great examples of Employee Ownership:

• Nathalie Morin works tirelessly to find and promote examples of our products and their applications.  On her own, she creates promotional releases to help our sales team spread success stories.  Having these examples readily available makes it easy to show our customers how our products are utilized daily on the field.
• We are currently in the middle of an ergonomics pilot program which is being tested with the assistance of our Sales Administration team.  Once the pilot program is complete, the goal is to increase comfort levels at work and to reduce unnecessary fatigue.  By investing in our employees, we are exploring ways to make the work environment healthier and more enjoyable.
• Andy Letso came up with an idea to reduce First Article Inspection time up to 30-40 hours per month for our Quality Engineers!  He helped us explore a new Inspection Module as an add-on to our current CAD software Solidworks which will take the dimensions from Solidworks drawings and automatically send them to predetermined AS9100 First Article templates.  Thank you, Andy, for your selfless thinking which will help the Quality team tremendously!

Survey Says!

Results from our Recent Customer Satisfaction Surveys 

Despite a slight decline in Q1 of 2018, our satisfaction rate is still high at 88.82%.  We are receiving a consistent response rate as well as a good mix of new and existing customers taking the survey.  Some comments from customers include:

• "Thank you to the team at STACO for their continued Tech and Product support along with the open communication with the customer service team!" Ritec
• "Everyone we are making contact with daily is very helpful.  Though we have to ask for return merchandise sometimes, it is covered by their help." Jepico
• "I have worked with Amanda on a couple of orders and her response time has been outstanding.  In fact, she assisted me with getting technical information that has helped our Quality group get through the incoming inspection process.  Very much appreciate the assistance and support!" Nasco Aerospace
